Senior Manager - Brand Sales

As a Manager, Brand Sales, you will lead the interventions and drive the profitability of the company through Ad Sales. You will also shape up the right solutions in coordination with the product team. You will regularly monitor the business performance and drive the efficiency metrics through the month by providing detailed inputs to both management and key stakeholders.

As part of a relatively new team, you will get the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging problems in building our ads business from scratch with the advantage of Kutumb’s scale.


What you will do:

  • Responsible for driving brand ads revenue (P/L) through ecosystem partners
  • Building Kutumb’s value propositions to capture a meaningful share of brand ad spends
  • Create and execute GTM plans (online/offline) for driving new business acquisition and revenue targets
  • Work in collaboration with ads supply, product and growth teams to build the right ad formats, measurement and targeting


What you will need:

  • An MBA degree
  • 2-5 years of work experience
  • Experience of at least 2 years in brand management/ad sales/brand content sales in revenue driven roles
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional creative and strategic planning processes with delivering end to end execution
  • Proven ability to build brands and achieve sales targets
  • Ability to be a thought leader to define a strategic partnership
  • Understanding of the working/principles/consultative selling of Media Agencies will be an added advantage
