Core Responsibilities:
- Understand the product in and out
- Responsible to give GO signal for all deployments
- Making sure that we ship out fast without killing the experience for our users
- Testing the Product across different versions of the app
- Troubleshoot issues raised by Users and Internal Team
- Perform cause analysis of users issues via in-depth research and analysis
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management to fix product issues quickly & to provide product improvement ideas -Respond to the user and internal team queries
You are the right fit if you have:
- 1+ years of experience in assuring quality of multiple applications
- Curiosity about how things work
- Good understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, RESTful architecture, SQL
- Can own the problems end to end
- Exposure with AWS infra would be an advantage
- If you are well versed in written and spoken Hindi since our application is currently available on in Hindi language
